TERMS & CONDITIONS


The Basics:

  • Eligibility - Customer must provide Full Name, Email Address, and Phone Number in order to be eligible for Greene Rewards.

  • By signing up for Rewards, the customer is opting in for Text Messages and Emails.

  • Rewards can be used starting the next day after they are earned (“Start Date”), and expire 180 days (approx 6 months) after the Start Date.

  • $1 spent = 1 Point

  • 250 points = $10 in Rewards

  • Maximum Rewards = $200

  • “Use it or lose it.” – once you reach the $200 maximum Rewards limit, points will not continue to “save” or accrue on the account until Rewards are spent.

  • Points are not redeemable for cash or store credit.

  • Points accrue pre-tax, on merchandise only. IE: Points do not accrue when a Gift Card is purchased.

  • Rewards will not be earned on purchases made prior to customer enrollment.

  • Greene Rewards may only be used in person and on full-price items; Rewards cannot be combined with clearance, or any other promotions or markdowns.

  • Employees of Greene Street are not eligible for the Greene Rewards program.


TERMS & CONDITIONS

  1. Introduction

The Greene Rewards Program (“Program”) is a U.S.-based loyalty program offered at the sole discretion of Greene Street, hereinafter referred to as “Greene Street”, “Our Store(s)”, “GS Store(s)”, “Us”, “We” or “Our”.

2. Membership & Eligibility

You can sign up to be a Program participant (“Participant”, “you”, or “your”) by enrolling at checkout in any of our Greene Street stores. 

Participants must:

  1. Be at least 18 years of age;

  2. Be a resident of the United States; and,

  3. Provide all of the following at the time of enrollment:

1.  Full name

2.  Valid email address 

3.  Valid phone number.

3. Earning Points

In order to earn points (“Points”) that can be applied toward a reward (“Reward”), a Participant must provide identifying information at checkout so we can look up Participant’s account; IE full name, email address, mailing address, and/or phone number.

Participants can earn Points by making Qualified Purchases.  Participants will earn one Point for every $1 in Qualified Purchases (defined below) made at Our Store locations.  In the event of any discrepancies and/or if a Participant does not use his/her Rewards account at the time of purchase, Participants may request to have purchases added to his/her account within 90 days of the original transaction by emailing customerservice@greenestreet.com.  Updated Rewards points may not show up right away.

“Qualified Purchases” are defined as merchandise purchases excluding sales tax, shipping, Reward redemption, purchases made prior to enrollment, purchases made prior to Rewards Program start date, gift cards, returned merchandise, refunds, services.  If an item is discounted, Points are earned only on the sale amount.  If a Participant returns purchases for which the Participant earned Points, those Points will be deducted from the Participant’s account balance and applicable Rewards may also be deducted.

Rewards will not be earned on purchases made prior to customer enrollment and/or purchases made prior to Rewards Program launch dates:

  • Greene Rewards launch date of 3/1/2019 applies to the following Greene Street stores:  Chestnut Hill, Gateway, Marlton, Red Bank and South Street.

  • Greene Rewards launch date of 4/12/2021 applies to the following Greene Street stores:  Lambertville and Princeton.

  • Greene Rewards launch date of 2/25/2022 applies to the Greene Street Snyder location.

Points may be earned only on pre-tax sales.  If Rewards are being redeemed on a qualifying purchase, Points will be earned only on the remaining balance after redemption.

At times, Greene Street may offer special promotions to our customers to promote new Program membership for non-Participants.  Such enrollment offers are limited to new Program Participants only.  Multiple accounts using the same name, address, phone number and/or email address will be automatically combined and special promotions will not apply.

At times, Greene Street may offer special promotions/benefits to select Participants based on geographic location, or Program participation; some of our special promotions, offers, benefits and communications may also be based on the volume or type of purchases of Participants.

4. Earning Rewards

Participants will receive a Reward after reaching a balance of 250 points (“Minimum Point Threshold”).  The Minimum Point Threshold may change at any time without prior notification, at the discretion of Greene Street.  Rewards are capped at Two Hundred Dollars ($200.00) (“Maximum Reward”).  When a Qualified Purchase reaches the Minimum Point Threshold, the earned Rewards may be applied to a purchase beginning the next day (“Start Date”). Any Rewards not used will expire after 180 days after the Start Date.

“Use it or lose it.” – once you reach the $200 maximum Rewards limit, points will not continue to “save” or accrue on the account until Rewards are spent.

5. Redeeming Rewards

Rewards expire 180 days after they are earned.

Rewards can be redeemed only on the purchase of merchandise by providing valid Participant account information at time of checkout in GS Store Locations.  A Reward can only be fully redeemed in one transaction.  If the Participant uses a Reward to make a purchase that is later returned, the Participant will not be reimbursed any portion of the Reward.  

Rewards cannot be redeemed for prior purchases or services including but not limited to shipping.  Rewards have no cash value and neither cash nor store credit will be paid for unused portions of the Reward.  Greene Rewards may only be used on full-price items; Rewards cannot be combined with clearance, Leaf sale items, or any other promotions or markdowns.  Rewards may not be redeemed on items purchased over the phone.  Rewards are not transferable and Participants can only redeem Rewards associated with that Participant’s Greene Rewards account.  Further identification may be requested by Greene Street at any time (such as valid photo ID).

6. Change of Account Information

Participants are responsible for notifying Greene Street of any changes to their information, including mailing address and/or email address.  Our Stores are not responsible for Rewards that are lost, delayed, etc.  Account changes and/or inquiries may be made by emailing customerservice@greenestreet.com.

7. Additional Terms

Modification of Greene Rewards Terms and Conditions may only be made in writing by an authorized representative of Our Stores.  All interpretations of the Greene Rewards Terms and Conditions will be at the sole discretion of Greene Street and such interpretations are binding on Participants.

Points and Rewards may be subject to federal, state or other taxes and such taxes are the sole responsibility of the respective Participant.  The Program is a United States program.  The laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania apply to the Program and these Greene Rewards Terms and Conditions without regard to any conflict of law rules that may require the application of the laws of another jurisdiction.  Participation in the Program is void if prohibited by law in the jurisdiction in which the prospective Participant resides.

8. Program Termination

The Program has no predetermined termination date and may continue until such time as Greene Street, in Our sole discretion, designate a termination date.  We reserve the right to modify or end the Program, or any part of the Program, at any time without providing written notice to Participants.

Abuse of the Program (for example, by a Participant failing to follow the Greene Rewards Terms and Conditions, allowing others to use the Participant’s account, attempting to use another Participant’s account or other improper conduct as determined by GS Stores in Our sole discretion) may result in termination of that Participant’s membership and disqualify that Participant from future Program participation.  In addition, Participants with “poor standing” with Greene Street will not be eligible to earn or redeem Rewards.
